We were visiting family in Wales and we stayed at the inn while touring the area.

We stayed for one night only and arrived very late close to midnight, tired and hungry. The kitchen staff managed to fix us something to eat even though they had closed for the day. Overall the hotel staff were genuinely interested in us having as pleasant an experience as possible.
